Well, I've been drawing for most of my life and lately have been feeling stagnant on my "style" or just my approach to comic/cartoon drawing. I picked up a rather interesting book called "Simplified Anatomy for the Comic Book Artist by Christopher Hart". It has a lot of good pointers and such! So, I think I'm going to play around with the "stylized/streamlined" look for awhile and see what comes of it. I'm a bit of a old fart when it comes to comics/cartoons and I'm not quite in the loop with todays stuff. I need to understand the market if this is something I wanna do as an artist. I always have liked the streamlined style of the Batman and Superman cartoons of late. Of course I'm goin to throw a lil of my own touch to the style, I don't wanna be a complete copy cat. I have a good feeling about this experiment and hopefully I can get my comic book idea off the ground. Anyways...later!
